Solicitud de aclaración del Auto 1074/21, presentada por el Juzgado 33 Administrativo del Circuito de Bogotá D.C.
El operador jurídico le solicitó a la Corporación aclarar el referido proveído, en aras de conocer el verdadero sentido del pronunciamiento frente a la intervención de la Nación -Ministerio de Defensa - Policía Nacional -Hospital Central de la Policía, y evitar una posible nulidad que afecte el principio de una justicia pronta y oportuna.
Teniendo en cuenta que la petición fue formulada de manera extemporánea, la Corte decidió RECHAZARLA por improcedente.
